The Vine

Lord feed me wisdom
That I might see
All the injustice
That’s all around me
All of the heartache
All of the pain
All of the suffering
All the disdain
Feed me a heart
That will reach out in love
And touch all the broken
So they’ll know your love

Lord feed me courage
That I might know
How to change doubt
Into faith that shows
All of the fear
All of the worry
All of the sorrow
All of the hurry
Feed me the strength
To open their eyes
And lead them to you, Lord
So faith will arise

You are the vine
I am the branch
Fill me with love
Give me a chance
To bear you much fruit
As I follow your plan
Tend to my life
With your loving hand

Feed me compassion
So others  may see
Your love for them, Lord
Through the life that I lead
All of the joy
All of the peace
All of the grace
All the mercy
Feed me with life
In all that I do
So I can successfully
Lead them to you

And all of the fruit I bear dear Lord

I owe it all to you

It is your loving hand that prunes the branch

To make it bear more fruit

So do with me what you will, dear Lord

To shape and mold this branch

No matter the trial or test that comes

My life it will enhance

You are the vine
I am the branch
Fill me with love
Give me a chance
To bear you much fruit
As I follow your plan
Tend to my life
With your loving hand

My Offering

I offer you my life, my heart, my soul

I offer you myself, dear Lord

I offer you my praise, my words, my mind

I give it all to you, my Lord

It’s my offering of praise

The worship of my heart

All I have I give to you

I lift up holy hands

I lift my voice in song

All I have I give to you

I offer you today, tomorrow and all time

To use me as your vessel, Lord

I offer you each hour, each minute of my day

Fill me with your love, oh Lord

Everything I have

Everything I am

All of it is yours

Lead me in your plan

All that I can do

All that I can say

I offer it to you

Use me, Lord, today

It’s my offering of praise

The worship of my heart

All I have I give to you

I lift up holy hands

I lift my voice in song

All I have I give to you

Jesus Christ the Lord

Riding on the clouds He comes

With a host of angels

Victory is in His grasp

Jesus Christ the Lord

All of Heaven sings His praise

All the earth rejoices

Saints will gather ‘round His throne

Jesus Christ the Lord

Lord of all the heaven

Lord of all the earth

Everyone confess and bow

To Jesus Christ our Lord

The dead will rise before Him

And stand in judgement there

The Book of Life is opened

By Jesus Christ the Lord

And those whose names aren’t written

Will find the lake of fire

For all eternity they’ll cry

That Jesus Christ is Lord

And those whose names were written

In the Book of Life

Will sing for all eternity

That Jesus Christ is Lord

Lord of all the heaven

Lord of all the earth

Everyone confess and bow

To Jesus Christ our Lord

Cherubim and Seraphim

And elders ‘round His throne

Sing Holy, Holy, Holy

To Jesus Christ the Lord

Honor, Glory, Majesty

And Power be unto Him

Whose worthy of our praises

Jesus Christ our Lord

What a grand and glorious day

When we’re all rejoicing

In the New Jerusalem

With Jesus Christ our Lod

Lord of all the heaven

Lord of all the earth

Everyone confess and bow

To Jesus Christ our Lord

He Endured For Me

It was not a pretty sight

In Jerusalem  that day

As they bludgeoned my Jesus

With cat-o-nine tails

Blood all around

Crown of thorrns on  His  head

Then up to Golgotha

Nails in His feet and hands

He endured it all

To wash away my sin

From the cross He cried out

Father forgive them

And the Father looked down

And saw His one Son

Ands forgave every sin

For all who choose Him

I can’t imagine what it took

For God to give His Son

No other god would even think

Of what our God has done

He didn’t copycat His plan

To set the captive free

He planned it from the very start

To save a wretch like me.

Praise in the Night

In the middle of the night

With my back in pain
I cry to the Lord
Heal me again
But it seems like my words
Are said in vain
Oh Lord won’t you hear my prayer

Then my enemy
Speaks into my ear
Don’t you know He sleeps
And He cannot hear
Just forget your god
And cry your tears
Your God doesn’t really care

But I turn my head
And I shut him out
I don’t need his words
That are full of doubt
I know just the thing
To turn this about
I’ll just start to praise the Lord

How I love you Lord
For your mercy reigns
You have healed before
And will heal again
I adore you Lord
And I praise your name
What an awesome God I serve

He is full of love
And majesty
He is stronger than
My enemy
He will not allow me
To see defeat
His victory’s coming soon

Now I lay my head
Back down to sleep
For I know my God
My soul will keep
He’s my solid rock
And He’ll always be
The Lord who will comfort me.

How I love you Lord
For your mercy reigns
You have healed before
And will heal again
I adore you Lord
And I praise your name
What an awesome God I serve

It’s Not Up To Me

It’s not up to me

To save a soul

To take their sins

And make them whole

But it is up to me

To tell them of Christ

So That they can accept Him

And change their lives

It’s not up to me

To heal the sick

To take their pain

And help them live

But it is up to me

To help them see

The one who heals

And dries their tears

My task is to tell them of Jesus

And the wonders He’s done for me

To open their eyes to the light of His love

So that they will truly believe

It’s not up to me

To convict of sin

To judge the lost

And purify them

But it is up to me

To witness each day

Of the love of Christ

And to pray and pray

It’s not up to me

To look down on them

Or to think I’m better

Because I have Him

But it is up to me

To love them with all

My heart must go out

To both big and small

My task is to tell them of Jesus

And the wonders He’s done for me

To open their eyes to the light of His love

So that they will truly believe

For I do not know what tomorrow brings

It just might be their last day

I need to tell them of Jesus

And pray, and pray, and pray

Down with the Giant

David was a teenager

When he faced the giant

Goliath had a victors laugh

But David brought him down

The giant in our lives is sin

We’ve no way to defeat it

But Jesus paid the price for us

The giant’s been defeated

Today take Jesus as your Lord

And He will be your Savior

The giants in your life will fall

Before His mighty name
