I need to get down on my knees again Start up my prayers again Lift up my praise to the Lord I need to fall down on my face again Turn from my sin again Trust in the power of His word For He is able to deliver me If I just set my eyes on Him I need to get down on my knees again Bowing before my Lord

Are you alive? Is blood flowing through your veins? Is your heart beating? Are you breathing? Then praise the Lord! That is all that matters No trial should keep us from praising Him No test, No sickness No injury No heartache No setback No hurt Nothing should keep us from Praising Him Not because He blesses me, Not because He saved me Not because He delivers me Not because He heals me Not because He guides me But just because He is! Let everything that hath breath Praise the Lord!

Riddled with cancer Shoulder just quits Neuropathy covers my feet Two stem cell transplants Weakness ensues God will make some greatness out of this great mess Jesus the master healer He supplies all the strength that I need I fill all my days With words of His praise As His healing starts working in me First I walked with a walker A cane followed closely behind I walked just a block at a time But my drive just kept up With my faith in my Lord Now a mile a day isn't long My shoulder would not move at all The doctors could not understand They said maybe never would heal Movement came in ten months Therapy started at once Now full range of motion is here Jesus the master healer He supplies all the strength that I need I fill all my days With words of His praise As His healing starts working in me God will make some greatness Out of this great mess Cancer is no longer found I'm healed from above With doctors involved In the therapy of Jesus love Jesus the master healer He supplies all the strength that I need I fill all my days With words of His praise As His healing starts working in me
I sit here in awe and wonder At our God who reigns above I can't comprehend why He rescued me Then showered me with His love He made all the stars in heaven One by one He calls them by name Yet He still finds the time to hear my prayer When I lift up my voice with praise He parted the sea by His power Fed manna and quail from on high Still, He cares for me every day I live And he never passes my by He brought down the walls with a shout And He stilled the wind and the waves In the midst of my storms, He brings comfort With my hand in His I am brave From the cross He forgave my transgressions With His blood wiped away all my sin So, I sit here in away and wonder today At the grace I receive from Him
I’ve fought so hard to win the victory Yet sin still seems to have its grip on me I’ve wandered from His teaching way to long Now I’m not sure if I can still go on The guilt and shame of sin wells up inside My heart pumps hard and there’s nowhere to hid His eyes look down on me with love and grace He reaches out His arms and we embrace I realize right then I’ve done it wrong I’ve truly had the vict’ry all along I just needed to stand on my two feet And decide I will not walk in sins defeat The strength to stand comes from my walk with Him He gives me power to leave behind my sin The longer I keep fighting, never done For Jesus has already freedom won My vict’ry lies within His written word There’s nothing more I need to be secured I lift my hands, surrender all to Him My heart, my soul my mind and all my sin For long ago they nailed Him to a cross His blood cleansed all my sin, He paid the cost And then He rose in triumph over death So I could give to Him my every breath
I have wandered in the desert one too many times I’ve been way down in the valley of despair So many storms have raged inside my weary mind Yet I always know that you are near I know that you are near Because you whisper in my ear You tell me everything will be all right And in the deepest darkness You help me find my way My path becomes much clearer by your light I can trust you, Lord at all times I can trust you will help me through I can trust you will take me by the hand I can trust I will never be without you I will never be without your mercy I will never be without your grace I will never be without your endless love I will never leave your tender embrace So, when I wander in the desert, you will guide me In the valley you’ll remove my fear When the storms come you will bring me rainbows And I’ll know that you are always near
