The Lamb That Was Slain

I entered the gate
The pearl of great price
Into the throne room of God
The elders were singing
The angels were winging
The sound of praise was alive

With Cherubim soaring
And Seraphim roaring
I fell on my knees in awe
For right there before me
In all of His glory
Was the precious Lamb of God

They sang blessing and glory
Honor and power
Unto the Lamb that was slain
Holy Holy
Lord God Almighty
Was the sound of their refrain

I joined in the chorus
With saints gone before us
‘Twas the sound of perfect praise
We lifted our hands
As the prayers of the ages
Rose before Him as sweet smelling grace

Our eyes beheld His glory
Our lips sang His praise
Our hearts leapt in worship
To the Lamb that was slain

We sang blessing and glory
Honor and power
Unto the Lamb that was slain
Holy Holy
Lord God Almighty
Was the sound of their refrain

We Give You Glory

We give you glory and honor oh Lord
We give you glory and honor oh Lord
We lift up our voice
In your name we rejoice
We give you glory and honor oh Lord

Precious Lord we come to you
With our hands lifted high
Lord we come to magnify
Your name Jesus Jesus

We give you glory and honor oh Lord
We give you glory and honor oh Lord
We lift our praises high
Your name we magnify
We give you glory and honor oh Lord

Precious Lord we come to you
With our hands lifted high
Lord we come to magnify
Your name Jesus Jesus

All Creation Testifies

I sing glory to your name
Glory to your name
Glory to your name oh Lord

I sing holy is your name
Holy is your name
Holy is your name oh Lord

All creation testifies of your majesty
All of nature shouts your praise everyday
I will lift up my voice
And my heart will rejoice
As my praises fill the air

I sing worthy is your name
Worthy is your name
Worthy is your name oh Lord

I sing Jesus is your name
Jesus is your name
Jesus is your name oh Lord

All creation testifies of your majesty
All of nature shouts your praise everyday
I will lift up my voice
And my heart will rejoice
As my praises fill the air

Full Volume

I sleep at night in the basement
Which can get rather boring
My plight is due to just one thing
The sonorous sound of my snoringpoem,

There’s another time in my life
When a different sonorous sound
Is enjoyed by the people before me
As I lead worship to the Lord

Then we enter into the throne room
Where the Lamb sits on the throne
We sing full volume together
As we worship Christ alone

Tell the World

Reign in the Heavens
Sweet Lamb of God
Twenty four elders
Praise ‘round your throne
Cherubim shout out
Holy are you
Seraphim fall down
Worship is due

Blessing and glory
Honor and power
To the Lamb who was slain
Blessing and glory
Honor and power
To the lamb who was slain

Rain down from Heaven
Spirit of God
Fill us with power
To tell of His love
Grant us your wisdom
Your words we seek
Fill us with boldness
To preach in the street

Blessing and glory
Honor and power
To the Lamb who was slain
Blessing and glory
Honor and power
To the lamb who was slain

He’s the one who gives us power
He’s the one who gives us strength
To tell the world
To tell the world
Of His great love

Blessing and glory
Honor and power
To the Lamb who was slain
Blessing and glory
Honor and power
To the lamb who was slain

The Sovereign One

Desire of my heart
The song of my soul
That’s what my God is to me
Protector
Provider
Deliverer
Restorer
All by His mercy

Creator
Redeemer
Forgiver
My Savior
His grace daily covers me
And when I lie down
In my bed at night
His Spirit will watch over me

So I will praise Him
My heart will adore Him
For all that He is
And all that He’s done

And I will worship
In awe and in wonder
Majestic is He
Holy is He
Worthy is He
The Sovereign one

We will discover
That there is no other
Of such awesome power
And wonderful love

So I stand amazed
At His grace and His mercy
For He rules the heavens
And He is enough

The Greatest Brilliance

It’s not the stars that twinkle
Way off in outer space
It’s not the smile that radiates
On a little child’s face
It’s not the sun that rises
And sets with beauty rare
It’s not the thoughts of men
That make us all aware

When searching for the greatest
Brilliance of them all
We have to look at Jesus
And just stand back in awe
For there are many attributes
That we could mention here
I think I’ll list a few of them
Because He is so rare

His majesty is glorious
His might beyond compare
His wisdom is so high above
He’s always everwhere
His power never ceases
His mercy falls like rain
His grace is so amazing
His love will never fail

I could go on forever
His brilliance shines so bright
But now I’ll stop and praise Him
For He has brought me light
He’s worthy of my worship
All day and into night
Let’s give Him all the glory
And praise Him with delight

For the sins of all man

Find His Presence

Sometimes we have our worries
Sometimes we have our doubt
Sometimes we have a problem
That we cannot work out

Sometimes we feel abandoned
Sometimes our fear is strong
Sometimes our hopes are shattered
And answers take too long

But these are not the times
To bow down in despair
These are times to praise Him
You’ll find His presence there

For when we lift our praises
His presence dwells with us
When we lift up our voices
His spirit lifts us up

It’s time to praise Him
It’s time to lift our voice
It’s time to celebrate
Let’s rejoice

It’s time to worship
It’s time to lift our holy hands
For even in the hard times of our lives
When we lift up His holy name on high
He promises He’ll be right by our side
So come and praise Him
Come and worship
Come and bow down
Come to Jesus
