I Bow AT Your Feet

I bow at your feet
My Lord and my Savior
You make me complete
You give me your favor
There’s never a day
That I can’t depend
On your mercy and grace
To carry me through

There are days that I wander
Away from you Lord
My path just meanders
To places unknown
Yet you search me out
And you bring me back home
So then once again
I can rest in your arms

You love me so much
Every day of my life
I don’t deserve such
A love so divine
You keep bringing me back
When my path goes astray
Your grace comes a calling
To show e the way

So, I bow at your feet
My Savior and Lord
You always pursue me
With your loving heart
There’s never a day
That I can’t depend
On your mercy and grace
To carry me through

Sometimes in the night He calls to me
Reminding me that He will meet my needs
Whispering He's come to give me peace
If I'll only walk each day with Him

Sometimes in the day He calls my name
Reminding me that I am not the same
Whispering he took my guilt and shame
If I'll only make Him Lord of my life

He leads me by the waters sweet
He restores my longing soul
He walks with me in paths of righteousness
He's my Shepherd and my Lord
And even when I walk through valleys dark
His rod and staff are by my side
He'll anoint my head with Holy Spirt oil
And In His house I will abide

Sometimes in the quiet He speaks to me
Reminding me that he's right there withe
Whispering He'll be with me eternally
If I'll only make Him Lord of my Life

So I will sing His praise forevermore
Loud Hosanna sung forevermore
Worship His sweet name forevermore
Jesus is the Lord of my life














Need Help?

Quietly sitting
Unable to sleep
Go for a walk
The night air to breath
Once around, twice around
This circle we share
Enjoying a cool breeze
In the night air

I hear a faint sound
And then see a light
A neighbor is outside
In the midst of a plight
In the darkness I walk up
And ask him :"Need help?"
Startled he looks up
Why yes, I need help

Funny how we never know
'When we might be used
To help a stranger
Out in the night
God sets my path
He marks every step
I pray He can use me
Day after day.

God Sets My Feet

When I’m in the midst of the storm
When waves are gathering round
When the wind is howling and my fear is strong
God sets my feet on higher ground

When I walk through the valley, oh so low
When it seems the mountains abound
When I’ve lost all hope in a soon escape
God sets my feet on higher ground

When the enemy is by my side
When he says ‘m going down
When he torments me with the sins in my past
God sets my feet on higher ground

When sickness comes into my life
When it seems I‘m getting worse
When I don’t know when the healing will come
God sets my feet on higher ground

He never leaves me hopeless
Never leaves my side
He always overwhelms me with his love
And when I finally say goodbye
To this old earthly life
He’ll take me to my mansion above

For when I walk with Jesus
When He guides my every step
I rest assured I’ll always be on higher ground.

He Lights Our Path

Rainfall, incessant since daybreak
Gently soaking into the ground
Giving life to all that lives
Much like God's word - the water of life
The living water that springs from within
Incessant, ever flowing
Drawing us closer to Him
The wind, howling wildly
Starting when it wants, where it wants
Ending without a trace
I never know when it is coming,
Or where it is going.
So is the Holy Spirit
Blowing through my life
Encouraging me, guiding me
Showing me His will, His life
Drawing me loser to Him
The sun, giving light to all
Warming us with its radiance
Helping us to see what s around us
Giving life to all it touches
So is the Son, Jesus Christ
He gives life to all he touches
He helps us to see what is inside us
He lights our path
Drawing us closer to Him
All the world glorifies the Father
The heavens declare the Son
All of nature testifies of Him
All of His creation praises His wonderful name
Let us rejoice and be glad in Him!

Each and Every Day

In the stillness of the morning dew
I look to you
For you alone make all things new
Each and every day

As the dawn appears in brilliant hue
I look to you
For you show me the way that's true
Each and every day

As the day grows dim with colored views 
I look to you 
For tomorrow will bring all things new
Each and every Day

What's past is past. What's done is done 
None of that can change
But where I go on future roads
I pray you will arrange

My Child

When I woke up this morning, I heard Jesus
He was calling out my name loud and clear
I rose up from my bed and said I’m here Lord
Please speak your words of comfort in my ear

He said I love you son
I said I love you Lord
He said I’m with you everywhere you go
He said I’ll lead you, Son
I said I’ll follow, Lord
He said You’re my child forevermore

As I go about my daily preparation
I keep listening to hear the words He says
If we block out all the noise that this world offers
We can know His voice is there throughout the day

He says I’ll heal you son
I say forgive me Lord
He says I forgave all your sins upon the cross
He says I’ll give you peace
I say my words of praise
He says you’re my child forevermore

My child I’m with you in the darkest moments
My child I’m with you in the raging storm
My child I’ll lift you up out of the valley
And set your feet on the solid ground

He said I love you son
I said I love you Lord
He said I’m with you everywhere you go
He said I’ll lead you, Son
I said I’ll follow, Lord
He said You’re my child forevermore

His Benefits

 I will bless the Lord with all my soul for all He’s done for me
 When He gave His life so long ago on a hill called Calvary
 The stripes He took and the pain He bore He suffered all for me
 Now I’ll lift my voice and raise my hands to the one who set me free
  
 Through His death that day upon the cross I am blessed in many ways
 His benefits will follow me through each and every day
 The sins I have committed against Him were washed away
 I now stand before my Savior for my debt has been repaid
  
 What a host of benefits He has for me
 Forgiveness off my sins and healing for my pain
 Redemption from destruction a crown of mercy there for me
 He fills me with good things so my youth is back again
  
 He is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and so kind
 He has taken all my sins; they have all been left behind 
 He has separated them as far as east is from west
 Now every day He gives to me only what He knows is best
  
 I will bow down at His throne and lift my voice in praise
 For the wonder of His mercy and His amazing grace
 He deserves to be the center of my world all of my days
 Jesus is the only one who is worthy of my praise

 I can’t get over what He did for me
 He healed my body and He set me free
 He changed my life beyond what others see
 When He died for me upon that tree

My Guiding Light

 All of my life I have been searching for someone to help me out
 All of my days are spent in wandering about
 All of my trials and temptations don’t lead me anywhere
 I have not figured out why I am here
  
 I have looked to drugs and alcohol to bring me some relief
 But they only added to me sense of grief
 I had money, I was wealthy, I had riches and much fame
 But life only seemed to be a tiresome game
  
 Then I found the Lord or He found me
 And He told me what I was made to be
 A child of God and forever free
 Now He’s here walking with me
  
 Jesus is my guiding light
 Jesus is my help at night
 Jesus is the one who saved my soul
 From the depths below
  
 Now I choose to walk with Him and He shows me the way
 His love shadows over me each day
 I have given everything to follow in His past
 Because I know it will last
  
 I know the Lord and he knows me
 All that I do and all that I see
 I pray that He will help me be
 All that He has desired for me
