God Never Changes

God never changes.
If there are troubles in your life, 
God can change them to miracles
If you have doubts, 
God can change them to faith
If you are sick, 
God can change you to healed
If you're in sorrow, 
God can change it to joy
If you're trouble, 
God can change it to peace
If you're heart hurts, 
God can change it to comfort
If your lost, 
God can change you to found
If you're in sin, 
God can change you to righteous
If your alone, 
God can change it to oneness with Him
God never changes in His character, 
but he is ever changing our character if we let Him.
Allow Him to change you as He sees fit
It's always for the best.

In Step

When I arise in the morning as the sun greets the day
I will wait to hear your voice Lord: to know what you will say
And I will read in the bible, and I will bow my head to pray
Lord help me walk in step with you all the day

When at sit at the table, and am ready to take bread
I will bow and ask your blessing as a cover for my head
And I will turn my eyes to heaven, not knowing what’s ahead
I will pray that every step I take will be heaven led

I always want to be in step with you Lord,
Always walking in your ways
Always seeking where you’d lead me
Always giving you my days
Keep me step by step with you Lord
Please don’t let me go astray
Place your mercy all around me
As I bow my head to pray

When I lay my head down softly at the end of the day
I will listen for your voice Lord, to see what you want to say
I will call upon your mercy as I bow my head to pray
Lord help me walk in step with you all the way

The Giver of Mercy

I find I have much unforgiveness
For things others have done in past times 
My mind is wrapped up with vengeance 
My heart has left love far behind

I can't seem to find strength to get over
The hurts and the pains of the past
Now bitterness knocks at my hearts door
And I'm not sure how long it will last

Then I think of the giver or mercy
The Savior who died on the cross 
If He could forgive me if my sin
Who am I to refuse the same thought?

Who am I to refrain from forgiving?
Who am I to hold onto a grudge?
Who am I to refuse to pass on
This gift I've received from my judge?

So I set out to ask true forgiveness
For all the past thoughts in my mind
One by one I approach those who hurt me
Even though they don't know what they've done

I become the giver of mercy
I become the reliever of sin
I become what the Father has longed for
To be like His only Son

Jesus came to this earth to forgive us
To wipe away all our offense
All He asks us for us to pass on
The great gift if mercy immense

Please don't hold onto hurts any longer
Be a giver of mercy to all
This is truly the will if the Father
This is how you can answer His call

Wonderful Day

With snow and wind and cold on the way
As long as I give Him thanks for this day
He will make this a wonderful day

Finances seem to have gone astray
As long as I give Him praise on this day

Nowhere But The Cross

I’ve searched the whole world over to find an inner peace
I’ve travelled through the nations to find joy that would not cease
I’ve looked up to the heavens to find a hope that settled me
But I found these are nowhere but the cross
 
I put my trust in doctors to heal my earthly pains
I’ve worked through much exhaustion for money I could gain
I’ve been in plays and speeches to see if I’d find fame
But I found these are nowhere but the cross

The cross provides my healing
The cross provides my peace
The cross will give me joy that will never ever cease
The cross gives hope forever
And love eternally
If I want that life abundantly
There is nowhere but the cross
 
I’ve had dreams and premonitions that did not satisfy
All that I have wanted and all that I desire
Is to find that special place where Jesus does abide
And that is found nowhere but the cross

He Waits For Me

He waits for me
In the silence of the morning
As the sun is slowly rising
The gilded clouds are shining
The birds are loudly singing
The dark quickly dispelling
The dew is gently falling
As all the earth is waking
He waits for me
‘
He waits for me
As life just gets to busy
My faith starts to get lazy
My doubt is rising slowly
The fear of failure lures me
The troubles loom around me
I’m not all I should be
I ifeel as if He’d left me
He waits for me

Silently
Quietly
Lovingly
Gracefully
He waits for me
Full of hope I’ll find my way
Full or mercy for me day
Love that drives all fear away
He waits for me

Slowly I begin to rise
Lift my praise up to the skies
Loft my head and set
my eyes
Upon Him waiting there

Then His peace comes over me
Peace that calms my raging seas
Back where I have longed to be
Beside my Lord and King

I know in your darkest hour
His love draws you by gracious power
I pray that you will find this true
He’s waiting there for you

Everywhere

I can see Him
in the brilliance of the sunrise
in the gilded skies at dawn
in the colors of the rainbow
in the evenings glorious yawn
I can see Him in the stars above
I can see Him in the bird that fly
I can see Him in the leaves that fall
I can see Him everywhere

I can feel Him
in the gentle breeze of spring bring
in the stream that gently flows
in the warmth of summer sun
in the cold of winter snow
I can feel Him in the rain that falls
I can feel Him in the birds that fly
I can feel Him in the still and calm
I can feel Him everywhere

I can hear Him
in the thunder from the storm
in the cooing of a dove
in the howl of the Wolf
in the stillness of His love
I can hear Him when I still myself
I can hear Him when I’m restless
I can hear Him in my sorrow that
I can hear Him everywhere

I can touch Him
in the questions of my prayers
n the times I speak His name
in the showers of His grace
in the words uttered in faith
I can touch Him every moment
I can touch Him in my troubles
I can touch Him when I’m lonely
I can touch Him anytime

I can feel His presence everywhere
He’s given me these senses so I could know He’s there
I use them every day
To guide me on my way
Let my mouth declare
My eyes behold
My ears be witness
My Spirit touch
The Glory of the Lord
It’s everywhere

Just Amazing

Amazing is His grace
That flows from Calvary
To every heart it comes
To set the captive free

Amazing is His love
No mortal man can know
How much He gave away
Because He loved us so

Amazing is His peace
That calms our every storm
He left this peace for me
He holds me in His arms

Amazing is His joy
My sorrow He dispels
I’m full to overflow
With joy unspeakable

Amazing is the Hope
That comes to me each day
I know my final home
For He has made a way

Amazing just amazing
The things He’s done for me
I’ll give me life to Him
For all eternity

Destination known
Many miles to go
This Christmas

Presents packed away
Waiting for the day
Lots of things to say
This Christmas

Amidst the noise and merriment
I must remember one great thing
That there’s a reason
For the season
Jesus is the greatest gift

The story must be told
It never does grow old
Tell it loud and tell it bold
Jesus is the gift to hold

Eternity awaits
Please don’t hesitate
Accept Jesus it’s not too late
This gift was meant for you

This Night

This night is a holy night.
With the star shining brightly in the sky
Where the child lay
This night is a holy night.
For the spirit of God has come to stay
In a stable filled with hay.
It’s a Holy Night

This star is a holy star.
Shining so brightly in the sky
There to light the way
This star is a holy star.
Giving light to Mary’s newborn babe
He has come the world to save.
It’s a Holy Star.

All of heaven rejoices, singing hallelujah
Emmanuel has come to earth
Angels ring in His coming on this glorious day
The son of God has come to save

This child is a holy child.
The angels proclaim His lowly birth
To shepherds in the field
This child is a holy child.
Kings bearing gifts come from afar
And they kneel before the child.
He’s a Holy Child.

Lift up your voice and sing praise to the newborn king
Good will to man and peace on earth He brings
Join with the chorus as angels sing
Praises to the King. Sing praises to the King!
