Stay with me Jesus
Please stay with me
I need to know
By my side you will be

Life throws me curves
And oft gets me down
Stay with me Jesus
So I do not drown

Keep me in your arms
Day after day
Stay with me Jesus
As I seek your way

When in distress
I will call on your name
Stay with me Jesus
Teach me to pray

Please never leave me
Alone in my life
Stay with me Jesus
You make things alright

You make me to lie down
In pastures so green
You lead me beside
Still waters serene

I know I am safe
When you are with me
So stay with me Jesus
Please stay with me

His Perfect Plan

I was tired and worn out
I faced the world with doubt
I didn’t know what was in store for me
I looked up to the sky
And my soul began to cry
God why have you allowed these trials for me

Then I heard His gentle voice
He said son you have a choice
The way you choose determines how you’ll do
You can face them with your doubt
Or you can lift your voice and shout
From the joy you feel that I am here with you

In the middle of the test
I will never rest
I will always walk beside you through the fire
So just trust me do not doubt
For I will bring you out
This trial has a purpose in your life

I listened to His words
And knew life could be worse
So I rose up from my feeling of despair
With God close by my side
I decided to abide
With Him until this trial disappeared

He will bring His perfect will
As He does I will be still
And see His plan begin to come about
For He will walk beside me
His Spirit is within me
There’s nothing that can stop His endless love

I want to go home
I want to be close to Him
Walking the streets of gold
In Heaven

I want to be free
From the pain and tears
Living a life of peace
In heaven

But until that day comes I will serve Him
Until that day comes I will give Him my all
Until that day comes I will follow His word
And do my best to do His will

Sweet anointing
Fall on me
Help me see
Your glory
Holy Spirit
Fill my heart

Each day

I want to know Him
Hear every word He says
Know that He hears my prayers
Right now

He has asked me to be
Until that day He comes
Back for me

And do my best to do His will

His Plan Is For Me

Why should I worry
Why should I fret
When I know God is in control
There is no trial
Or test in this world
That God cannot save me from

Why would I falter
Why would I fear
When the enemy comes at me
I have the strength
Of Jesus Christ
And He has a plan for me

His plan is victory
His plan is peace
His plan is perfect
His plan is for me
His plan will take me
To blessings untold
I want to follow His plan

In Him is mercy
In Him is grace
In Him I cannot go wrong
He will protect me
Watch over me
He makes my weakness strong

I pray I will walk
Daily with Him
Not leaving His precious side
I’ll never turn back
I’ll follow His ways
All the days of my life

When I was a sinner
Lost in despair
God sent His Son
To meet me there
I didn’t know Him
But He sure knew me
Loved me so much
He set me free

Once I met Him
My life surely changed
All of my habits
Remarkable changed
He stepped inside
This old body of mine
Helped me to clean up
My life right on time

Full of junk in my life

Myself

I wandered in darkness for so many years
Full of myself yet empty with fear
My life was a mess my eyes filled with tears
What did I do to myself

Every pleasure my heart would desire
So many riches my flesh would require
Whatever my soul longed for transpired
What have I done to myself

I looked for an answer in so many places
Tried to find love with so many faces
But never did I find a thing that replaces
What I have done to myself

I heard of a love that never would die
A love that would save one such as I
A love that would take away all the lies
That I always told myself

I turned to this man who came from above
I came to this man who had all this love
When I cam to Him He was enough
For me to turn from myself

He brought me into His wonderful Light
My life turned to day from the dark of the night
I knew He had come to transform my life
Because I couldn’t do it myself

Oh what a wonderful Savior is He
Oh what a miracle He did for me
Jesus my Lord brought me to my knees
He took me out of myself

I am no longer bound to my sin
I now have joy and peace within
With Him I know I always will win
Because I’ve given Him my self
