Hosanna to the Lord

And the day begins
I will lift my hands
To praise Him

When the day is done
And the sky's ablaze
I will lift my voice
And shout His praise

When the clouds roll in
And the sky turns gray

In wondrous praise

When the north wind blows
With a mighty roar

Sing His praise
All the day

Be Prepared and Wonder

A time to prepare, and a time to wonder
A time to prepare for work
A time to prepare for worship
A time to prepare to witness
To give account for the hope within

A time to prepare to teach
A time to prepare for financial health
A time to prepare for future
To be ready for what may come

A time to wonder what God will do
A time to wonder how He will lead
A time to wonder what life has in store
For those who wait on Him

A time to wonder what miracles will come
A time to wonder where He will show up
A time to wonder how all will work out
For good.
Both are necessary
Both are expedient
Both are in the will of God
Be prepared, and then wonder!

Boldness

Lord, give me boldness
Help me to overcome fear
Fear of sharing your love
Give me boldness
Boldness to pray for the sick
Boldness to encourage the lost
Boldness to confront the enemy
Boldness to share the gospel
Boldness to share your joy with others
Boldness to share your peace with others
Boldness to declare what you have done in my life
Lord, I meet people every day
People who are hurting
People who are sad
People who have no peace
People who are sick
People who are lost
People who need you
Yet I am quiet 
I enjoy conversation with them
But I do not talk about you
About your peace
About your joy
About your love
About your salvation.
About what you can do in their lives
Lord, give me boldness
That I might declare your words

I’m Walking With Jesus

I’m walking with Jesus today
His presence is with me to stay
I have peace within
He banished my sin
I’m walking with Jesus today

I’m talking with Jesus today
As we walk along the way
His joy fills my heart
His words never depart
I’m walking with Jesus today

I’m listening to Jesus today
He reminds me He loves me always
My eyes fill with tears
As His joy I so real
I’m listening to Jesus today

I can’t help but smile today
As I walk and talk on the way
Jesus is near
His words fill me ear
As I listen to all that He says

He says that He loves me
He says He is with me
He says that He’ll heal me
He says He will free me

Then I raise my hands and I raise my voice
I sing His praises and I rejoice
For this is the day that the Lord has made
I know He is with me every step of the way

He Lights Our Path

Rainfall, incessant since daybreak
Gently soaking into the ground
Giving life to all that lives
Much like God's word - the water of life
The living water that springs from within
Incessant, ever flowing
Drawing us closer to Him
The wind, howling wildly
Starting when it wants, where it wants
Ending without a trace
I never know when it is coming,
Or where it is going.
So is the Holy Spirit
Blowing through my life
Encouraging me, guiding me
Showing me His will, His life
Drawing me loser to Him
The sun, giving light to all
Warming us with its radiance
Helping us to see what s around us
Giving life to all it touches
So is the Son, Jesus Christ
He gives life to all he touches
He helps us to see what is inside us
He lights our path
Drawing us closer to Him
All the world glorifies the Father
The heavens declare the Son
All of nature testifies of Him
All of His creation praises His wonderful name
Let us rejoice and be glad in Him!

God Deserves My Praises

Not just when I'm wealthy
Not just when I'm happy
Not just when I'm busy
Even in hard times
Even in trials
Even when I'm sad
Even when I'm confused
God is good

God deserves my praise
All the time
Not just when I'm healthy
Not just when I'm wealthy
Not just when I'm happy
Not just when I'm busy
Even in hard times

Even when I'm sad

God deserves my praise

Approve Things That Are Excellent

Approve things that are excellent
I give approval in my life every day
But do I approve excellence
Or do I approve good?
If I approve of what God approves
That's excellence.
Things like love, trust
Peace, joy, patience
Meekness, Humility
Temperance, Faithfulness.
Or do I approve of intolerance,
Hatred, impatience, lack of loyalty,
Gossip, turmoil, lack of trust
Do I approve by my actions
Those things that God does not approve of
Or
Do I love those who hate me
Do I show grace to those who abuse me
Do I show mercy to those who harm me
We must approve things that are excellent.

Just a Second Away From Heaven

I’m just a second from heaven
Any moment God could call me home
No bags to pack. I won’t need a thing
Thank God I am ready to go

I’m just a second from heaven
Jesus made a way just for me
God’s only Son gave His life away
So that I would be ready

I’m just a second from heaven
There is not a doubt in my mind
When I asked the Lord to forgive my sins
They were removed for all of time

I’m just a second from heaven
There is not a moment to waste
As I walk this life in obedience
I enjoy every moment I wait

I’m just a second from heaven
I will go in the blink of an eye
And I pray that you are ready too
We never know when we’ll die

Are you just a second from heaven
Have you asked Jesus into your life
Won’t you come with me and be set free
Before you run out of time

Never Alone

When I see God, He’s already seen me
Walking out of sin into victory
No matter where I go
No matter what I do
God is always there before me

Never alone, I am never alone
Always with God, I am never alone
From morning ‘til evening
From dusk to dawn
I can rest assured, I am never alone

When I hear God, He’s already heard me
Kneeling at His cross praying solemnly
No matter what I say
No matter what I hear
God has placed His Word before me

Nothing can come between
Nothing can separate
Nothing can tear me away from His love, His love

Never alone, I am never alone
Always with God, I am never alone
From morning ‘til evening
From dusk to dawn

Mighty Creator, Blessed Redeemer
Prince of peace, Everlasting Father
Alpha and Omega, Beginning and the end
Light of the world, our forever friend
