I was walking down the road the other day
When I saw a man out baling His hay
And I asked myself what price he paid
To bring the harvest in that day

Then on down the road a cornfield grew
It was ready for the harvest, this I knew
And I wondered how much the farmer would do
To bring in all the sheaves that grew

The fields are ripe for the harvest
The master is ready to arrive
We better get busy, there’s no time to waste
The harvest is now. Soon it will be too late
Each one can reach one, help them get saved
The harvest could come any day.

Jesus told us to preach the good word to all
Have I listened closely and answered the call
This is no time to wait, this is not time to stall
He wants more than one. He wants them all

All are lost and gone astray
They need our help to find the way
Trust in the Lord, it’s time to obey
He will give you the words to say

In a little while the Lord will come
Descending in the clouds, we will see Him
In a little while He’ll claim His bride

In a little while the trump will sound
It will be heard by all around
The saints will hear the joyful sound

In a little while those who are alive
Will also rise to meet Him in the skies

I believe Jesus gave away His life

I’m waiting here with great anticipation
The King of Kings is coming very soon
I won’t be left behind
For I have Christ on my mind
His precious blood has saved my soul from sin

There was a day when I was quite a mess
I didn’t know He died to set me free
One day He called to me
He said he died at Calvary
To give me life with Him eternally

Oh what mercy He has shown to me
Oh what grace He still bestows each day
I never want to leave His side
In Him I will always abide
When He appears He’ll carry me away

So I am looking up into the clouds
He said He would come back for all who know
The wonder of His love
Is really quite enough
To pay the debt of sin that we all owe

Today you need to give your life to Him
For if you don’t you’ll stay here on this earth
Hell will be your home
If He is not your Lord
So come to Him and have your second birth

How God came from glory
To save an old sinner like me
