Smile

I smile when I think of Jesus
And how He loves me so
The love I feel deep down inside
Just grows and grows and grows
I know that He is King of Kings
And Lord of time and space
But when I think how He loves me
A smile comes on my face

There is no time for sadness
When He speaks in my ear
His words of love are always true
If only I will hear
He'll tell me how He loves me
And show me by His grace
So when I see the love He has
A smile comes on my face

I don't have to be perfect
For Him to love me so
I only have to trust Him
And watch His deep love grow
He'll come and guide me daily 
With His spirit from above
If I will only take the time
To believe in His great love

So day by day I watch for Him
To light the morning sky
I watch as birds sing praises
While they gracefully pass by
I watch the rain bring bounty
When the earth becomes too dry
For all this shows He loves me
Until the day I die

If you are a Christian
Or even if you're not
This little tale will tell you
That you are loved by God
And all of His creation
Is given just for you
To bring a smile from heaven
Because my God loves you


It’s Time For Jesus

It's time for Jesus
Time to yield my life to Him
Time to make Him my best friend 
It's time for Jesus

It's time for Jesus 
Time to put away my pride 
Time to let Him rule my life 
It's time for Jesus

Jesus is my Savior
Master and my Lord 
Jesus is the one that I adore 
So no more playing games

No more borrowing His name
It's time I give my all to Him
Lay my own life down for Him
It's time He reign supreme
It's time for Jesus

It's time for Jesus 
Time to witness of His grace
Time to bow before His face
It's time for Jesus

It's time for Jesus 
Time to stop my games with sin
Time to purify within
Its time for Jesus

Jesus is my Savior
Master and my Lord 
Jesus is the one that I adore 
So no more playing games

No more borrowing His name
It's time I give my all to Him
Lay my own life down for Him
It's time He reign supreme
It's time for Jesus

It's time for Jesus 
Time to stop my doubt and fear
Time to walk in faith that's clear
It's time for Jesus

Time to give Him everything 
Time to make Him Lord and King
Time to die to all my sin

I was lost 
Lost and full of sin
Had no peace within
I was lost

I was sick
Sick and full of pain
Time and time again
I was sick

I went down 
Way down to the ground
Where I can't be found
I went down

I was dead
Dead to the good life 
Dead and full of strife 
I was dead

Then I heard
He died for me
Upon a tree
That day

Gave my life
To Jesus Christ
And know I now
I'm saved

I am found
By the King of Kings
He is why I sing
I am found

I am healed
No more sin or shame 
Gone is all my pain
I am healed

I look up 
I see His loving plan
I know He holds my hand 
I look up

I'm alive
For all eternity
He will be with me
I'm alive

Everything, He changed
I'll never be the same 
My life is on a different race
My goal is just to see His face
I'm resting in His loving grace
I'm saved

His Awesome Worth

Blow the trumpets. Sound the horns
Let your praises ring 
He alone is worthy
Jesus Christ our King

Lift your hands up to the sky
Shout with all your heart
To the one who reigns above
Jesus Christ our Lord

He's the one who saved us
From our life of sin
He's the one who heals us
From each pain within

He is our deliverer 
From the devil's grip
He is our protector
When our defense slips

He is our provider
Filling every need
He is our salvation 
He's the one we seek

He us our strong refuge
In the time of storm
He's the one who strengthens
When we're tired and worn

He is peace not understood 
He's joy unspeakable
He is faith immeasurable
He's hope eternal

He is life to all who seek Him
Hope to all who love Him
Grace to all who ask Him
Mercy to all who fear Him

There is no other God 
No image man can make 
Nor any other person
Who can ever take His place 

Because He is the King of Kings 
And Lord of all the earth
We can only lift our voice 
And praise His awesome worth.

Effective Prayer

Lift Your Prayers

My mind is set on Jesus
Every moment of the day
And as each moment passes
I know He hears me pray
My strength is not in flesh and blood
Nor in the things I've gained
My strength comes from the prayers for me
From day to day to day.

So my prayer is for others
And not just for myself
The Lord loves intercessors
Who will rise and pray for health
So lift your voices high to Him
And pray a lofty prayer
For the prayer that's prayed for others
Is a prayer that often save

Pray for the sick among you
Pray for a friend in need
Pray for the one who's life
Has been filled with misery
Pray for the brokenhearted
Pray for the one who's bound
Pray for those whom Satan
Has driven to the ground

Pray for the lost and lonely
That they might find the light
Pray for the one whose fear
Keeps them trembling in the night
Pray for the poor and friendless
That they might find joy and peace
Pray for those you do not like
It will set your mind at ease.

But more than anything above
The prayer that is most dear
Is the prayer for those whose sin
Has them in the Devils snare
Pray that others eyes will open
Pray that their ears will hear
The message of salvation
Is delivered by a prayer.

My friends, this world is in deep need
Of men and women strong
Who will rise up in this last day
And pray all the day long
For when we lift our prayer to Him
He promises reply
I challenge you this very day
To lift your prayers up high.

A Vapor

Before the time that you were born
I held you in my loving arms
And told you of the awesome plans 
I have for you

And then I formed you in the womb
I told of my great love for you
And how I knew that you would do
Great things for me

I've loved you from the start of time 
I want to make you wholly mine
So that one day you'll come to live with me
Until that day I hope you know
My love for you will only grow
The plans I have for you will overflow

Plans to bring you freedom
Plans to bring you joy
Plans that fill your heart with peace each day
Plans for you to prosper
Plans for you to love
Plans to keep you walking in the way

This life is fleeting at its best
A vapor that does never rest
Your here today and gone again 
In this short life

So make this life more than a dream
Where all you do is swim downstream 
Seek out the plans I have for you
And follow me.

Sabbath

Rise and worship, lift your voice
In His blessings we rejoice
On this wondrous Sabbath day
Let us praise the Lord.

He has done great things for us
All because of His great love
Come and raise His name up high
Let us praise the Lord

Came to earth from heaven above 
Treated badly, spurned His love
Died upon a cross For me
Rejected and alone

Rose again to conquer death
In His love I now have breath
He will come and take me home
For eternity

Worthy is His name forever
Worthy to receive all praise 
He is Lord of earth and heaven 
Blessed be His name

Certain Of His Promise

Constantly abiding, Jesus is my love
Oh the hope of glory He provides
In each waking moment, I will sing His praise
Underneath the shadow of His grace

Overwhelming mercy showed upon the cross
When my Savior bled and died for me
Took upon himself all my guilty sin and shame 
Now I will forever praise His name

Wonderful is Jesus, wonderful to me
How He loves me more than I can know
Certain of His promise given long ago
Just because he chose to love me so

Grace full of abundance flows down from above
Sparing me from evils of this world
All that He has done to redeem me from my sin
Gives me joy and peace down deep within

I will never leave Him, stay close by His side
For He is a refuge for my soul
In His arms He'll carry me up to His throne
Where I will forever have my home.

Wonderful is Jesus, wonderful to me
How He loves me more than I can know
Certain of His promise given long ago
Just because he chose to love me so

I Believe Jesus

I believe Jesus is King of all Kings
Lord of all Lords, Savior to all.
I believe Jesus has buried my sins
Risen again to bring life to me.

I believe Jesus gives grace undeserved
To me every day of my life 
I believe Jesus has mercy unequal 
That comes in and carries me through

So I will lift my voice in praise to Him
He's worthy of all my praise
When I believe Jesus has done this for me
I can't help but honor His name

I believe Jesus fills my life with joy
His peace overwhelms me each day
And His love never fails even when I am weak
It is then that He makes strong

I believe Jesus will come back for me
Descend in the clouds with victory
Take us to heaven to live with Him there
For all of eternity.

So I will lift my voice in praise to Him
He's worthy of all my praise
When I believe Jesus has done this for me
I can't help but honor His name
