Hiss Great Love For Me

I don’t know why He loves me but He does
I don’t know why He cares, but He cares
I don’t know why He heals but He heals
I don’t know why His plans He reveals

I don’t know why He saved me but He did
I don’t know why He died, but He lives
I don’t know why He came to this earth
I don’t know why he gave me new birth

It’s His love for me, that came down for me
From that heavenly home to set me free
It’s His sacrifice on that lonely tree
That showed His great love for me

I don’t know what he gives me this great hope
Or why he gave me peace so I could cope
I don’t know why His joy has filled my soul
His mercy is a thrill to behold

He took the stripes and He took the scars
The crown of thorns and the wounded heart
He took the nails in His hands and feet
All for me.  All for me

It’s His love for me, that came down for me
From that heavenly home to set me free
It’s His sacrifice on that lonely tree
That showed His great love for me

Your Loving Plan

I kneel here down on my knees
Giving thanks for all you've done for me
I'm so unworthy of your grace and mercy
But you give me faith to believe

I believe you came to earth from heavens lofty throne
I believe you walked on earth to show the Father to everyone
I believe you took the punishment for all of my sin
I believe you died upon the cross to redeem your creation

I stand up with lifted hands
I'm amazed at the wonder or your plan
You thought of me when you took the nails
Jesus I thank you for your loving plan

I believe you came to earth from heavens lofty throne
I believe you walked on earth to show the Father to everyone
I believe you took the punishment for all of my sin
I believe you died upon the cross to redeem your creation

Then you arose.  Yes, you arose
Eternal life for me was born
Jesus arose. Christ arose
Now I will praise Him.  Lift up this name
All if my worship to Christ who arose

I believe you came to earth from heavens lofty throne
I believe you walked on earth to show the Father to everyone
I believe you took the punishment for all of my sin
I believe you died, were buried and then arose again.

God Knows

When the rain seems to fall within and withou
Or the pain is so bad you just want to shoot 
When life just seems to kick you around
God knows 

When friends all around you are leaving your side 
And loneliness seems to always abide 
When your feeling restless and just want to hide 
God knows 

God knows your hurting
God knows your pain
God sees your heartache 
He understands 
Call out to Jesus. Tell Him your need 
He will be there to give you peace

When life seems to deal one final blow 
And you’re feeling down with no place to go
Just lift up your face to the one who knows
Lift up your hands to the one who knows
Lift up your eyes to the one who knows

Beside Me

Today I can say how good it is
To sleep in my house 
To lay in my bed
To rest in my living room
With the one I love beside me
It was lonely when we were apart
It was hard to sleep
It was uncomfortable to rest 
It was unusual in its waiting
With one beside me now and then
Our Father in heaven gave his son
To be born in a Manger
To die on a cross
To forgive our sins and give us life
So we could be with Him eternally
He cries to us 
Come, rest in my peace
Come, lay in my arms
Come, be with me forever
For you are the one I love
If you don't know Jesus
As your Lord and Savior
Why not ask Him today to forgive you
Ask Him into your heart
And He will save your soul
And you will be with Him
Forever.

When you wake up in the morning brew your coffee
Have a muffin, or banana or some toast
Make sure all the house around you is in order 
Take a shower, brush your teeth and out the door

Wait a minute, somethings missing in that sequence
Something all of us should do to start our day
There is nothing more important than this one small thing 
Take some time down on your knees to pray

Pray for children, pray for neighbors, pray for grandma
Pray for friends that live both near and far away
Pray for pastor and for mayor and for workers 
Pray for everything you'll do throughout the day

You see the secret to success is not your bankroll
Not your wisdom, or your power or your fame
It’s not a matter of the place you have climbed to
Your success comes from the times you called His name

The name of Jesus is the key to all your future
The name of Jesus is your peace in every storm
The name of Jesus is a joy you can hold onto 
He’s a refuge and a strong and mighty tower

So, when you find that you are rushed and running ragged
And it seems you don't have time to even think 
Take a break down on your knees to call on Jesus
And you'll find you have more time to follow Him

He's the way. The truth, the life and He's your answer 
To the question of a day that seems too short
Just a little time with Jesus in the morning 
Will make the whole day better from the start

No Weapon

I will keep on smiling in the midst of my troubles
I will keep on dancing in the midst of my storms
No weapon formed against me will prosper
I will count my blessings when it seems all goes wrong

There are days when it seems nothing goes right	
Bills and worries pile up all around
It seems the enemy is gaining ground in my spirit
I hear his voice, or I don’t hear a sound

My prayer life fails me and my doubts seem to take hold
I cannot find that sweet peace I once knew
Out of the silence I can hear Jesus calling
My child, I am right here with you

I will keep on smiling in the midst of my troubles
I will keep on dancing in the midst of my storms
No weapon formed against me will prosper
I will count my blessings when it seems all goes wrong

The enemy comes and he tries to bring bondage
He comes and he tries to cause harm
But my God will turn all for His glory
He’ll give joy in His sheltering arms

He brings weakness, but God brings strength
He brings worry, but my God brings faith
He brings sickness, but my God brings health back
He brings heartache, but my God repels his attack
God brings power. God brings glory., God brings victory every time
God brings honor. God brings freedom. God brings hope and eternal life
