The Wondrous Love of Jesus

I will sing of the wondrous love of Jesus
He has given His life for me
He took stripes on His back for my healing
He rose again to give me life eternally

I will praise the precious name of Jesus
He taught me the meaning of love
He showed me how t treat others around me
And gave me the pathway to to peace

I will worship the mighty name of Jesus
He brings joy into my weary soul
He lifts me up when I have fallen down
And carries me when I am too weak to stand

I will sing glory to the matchless name of Jesus
Every knee will bow at His feet
Every tongue will confess He is Lord of Lords
So I will make Him my King today

Exalt Him, lift Him high
Sing forth His praise in all the earth
For it is He that made you
That gave you breath
And it is he that sustains you

Exalt Him, lift Him high
Sing forth His praise in all the earth
For He has pardoned your transgressions
And has provided for your redemption.
I will never cease to praise Him
For he has been merciful to me.

This Day

The sun comes up. The day begins
I lift my hands in praise to Him
No tongue can tell. No eye can see
What this new day will bring to me.

It could be clouds, it could be sun
I'll shout my praise whatever comes
It could be pain or hours of woe
But that won't stop His mercy flow
Because I know he loves me so

This day He loves me. This day He'll carry me
This day He'll give me peace. This day He's mine
This day His mercy shows. This day His grace still grows
This day my path He knows. This day. This day.

if I should cry beneath the load
He'll comfort me with joy untold
If should fear what trial may come
He'll calm my fear and give me song

There is no burden He can't lift
This day is His amazing gift
Whatever comes, He'll see me through
His grace will show me what to do

This day He loves me. This day He'll carry me
This day He'll give me peace. This day He's mine
This day His mercy shows. This day His grace still grows
This day my path He knows. This day. This day.

So I will shout my praise and lift my song
To the King of Kings and Lord of Lords
My Savior, my Emmanuel
Jesus Christ my risen Lord
I know He loves me so.

He is worthy, Oh so worthy
He is worthy of my praise
I will lift my voice to worship
I will magnify His name

God of Glory, Lord of Heaven
Sent your son to die for me
On that cross He paid the ransom
So that I could be redeemed

Son of God, you left your glory
Came to suffer for my sin
Lived a life to show me mercy
Taught me love and peace within

He is worthy, Oh so worthy
He is worthy of my praise
I will lift my voice to worship
I will magnify His name

For even though they mocked and beat you
Even though they pierced your side
Still you cried out God forgive them
Then you hung your head and died

Let me live a life of mercy
Always showing truth and grace
For on that cross you set the standard
On that cross, you took my place

He is worthy, Oh so worthy
He is worthy of my praise
I will lift my voice to worship
I will magnify His name

Worship Him Forever

He is Lord
He is high and lifted up
High above the earth He reigns
He is Lord
His majesty surrounds me
The heavens declare His name

He is Lord
His mercy lasts forever
His love flows freely from His throne
He is Lord
His grace is so amazing
His peace is more than I can know

Lift your voice
Praise His name
Worship Him forever
Sing a song of praise
Lift your voice
Sing Hallelujah
Worship Him forever
Sing a Song of praise unto His name

He is Lord
He came to be a servant
Came to show us how to live in love
He is Lord
He died to bring us healing
Died to give to us a heavenly home

He created all the earth and all the sky
Then He came down to this earth to die
His love was so amazing and so grand
Our redemption was His everlasting plan

Lift your voice
Praise His name
Worship Him forever
Sing a song of praise
Lift your voice
Sing Hallelu
Worship Him forever
Sing a Song of praise unto His name
Sing a song of praise unto His name

I Cannot Imagine

I cannot imagine why He came to earth
Why He left His throne in heaven above
I cannot imagine why He chose to lay
In a stable filled with hay.

I cannot imagine why He chose to walk
As a man in such an ugly world
I cannot imagine why He taught the crowd
When His enemies were so loud
But He did. Yes He did.

He came to show the way
He came to give us grace.
Yes, he did. I know He did.
No matter what the cost
No matter what the loss
He came to die in my place

I cannot imagine the pain He must have felt
As they placed the crown of thorns on His head
I cannot imagine the blood that must have spilled
From the lashes He received that day

Then He took the nails in His feet and hands
He hung upon the cross in agony and pain
And then he cried "Father, forgive them"
He echoed through time "Father forgive them"

I cannot imagine what life would be like
If I still had to carry my sin
I cannot imagine the fury of hell
That He has saved me from

But now I have a home in heaven above
That has been bought and paid for by His blood
He provided me new life with His great love
Oh What a price he paid!
He did. Yes He did.

He came to show the way
He came to give us grace.
Yes, he did. I know He did.
No matter what the cost
No matter what the loss
He came to die in my place

Resolved

This year I will praise Him
With all my heart and soul
I'll lift my voice to heaven
To Jesus Christ our Lord
This year I will love my neighbor
And those who are in need
I'll ask the Lord for wisdom
And plant some gospel seeds

I am resolved to walk
Everyday as a light
My greatest desire is to see
Sinners saved from their plight
Lord help me be a witness
In everything I do
I am resolved to live
So that others will see you

This year I'm going to pray
With a fervent and faithful heart
Work down my list each day
Of those who have crossed my path

This year I will have mercy
On those who may do me wrong
I will extend your grace Lord
To all who may come along

When I see
Lives get changed
By your loving
Holy hand
I will lift up
My voice in thanks
And give you all the praise

I am resolved to walk
Everyday as a light
My greatest desire is to see
Sinners saved from their plight
Lord help me be a witness
In everything I do
I am resolved to live
So that others will see you

It Doesn’t Matter

Will the new year bring a healing
To my feet and shoulder too
It doesn’t matter, Lord
Because I will still praise you

Will the new year bring a blessing
To these finances of ours
It doesn’t matter, Lord
I’ll still praise you every hour

Will I start to work again
And have good response from all
It doesn’t matter, Lord
I will answer when you call

My heart is set to worship you
And lift your holy name
No matter what I may go through
I’ll always lift your praise
And when the storm clouds gather
And my life is rearranged
I’ll lift my voice to heaven
And magnify your name

Will all my strength come back to me
So I can golf again
It’s doesn’t matter, Lord
I’ll praise your mighty name

Should this cancer not quite go away
And further treatment come
It doesn’t matter, Lord
I’ll still proclaim your love

Now, folks, don’t get me wrong
I’m believing God for all
For healing and deliverance
For financial windfall
For cancer to be gone
And me back to standing tall
There’s no doubt in my mind
That He will do it all

But my praise is not based
On what He does for me
My praise goes to Jesus
He is all I need
He is the King of Kings
And I can plainly see
That He deserves my praise
No matter what might be
I will worship Jesus
Until my dying breath
He’s my Lord forever
My songs will never end
His name is just so powerful
His mercy is so great
I’ll lift my hands and praise Him
For His amazing Grace

More Time

This year has past
A new is upon us
What will it bring
Good things, I trust

More time with God
Giving Him praises
Lifting my heart
Accepting His graces

More time in prayer
Lifting my neighbors
Hoping to see
Them come the Father

More time to love
Those who are hurting
Giving them hope
That their hurt is fleeing

More time to seek
His wisdom and passion
That I might proclaim
His words to the nation

More time to praise
My wonderful Savior
Lifting my voice
To worship my Lord

Yes, this year will bring
A new fire within me
To honor the name
Of Jesus my Lord

I’m Forever Grateful

I'm forever grateful for what Jesus did that day
When He came to earth a babe in a manger filled with hay
When He left His royal throne He knew the price He'd pay
Yet He came and did it anyway

I'm forever grateful for the mercy He shows me
I am such a sinner yet He died to set me free
And He rose up from the dead so I will live eternally
I can't believe He did it all for me

Oh, what a Savior
He is to me
My love grows deeper
Each time I see
His hand of mercy
Sweep over me
He is my Savior
My friend indeed

I'm forever grateful for the joy He gives to me
It conquers every fear and fills my heart with glee
He also gives me peace that calms the storms in me
Fear and doubt just have to flee

I'm forever grateful for His amazing grace
When I make all my mistakes He won't throw them in my face
He calmly reassures me that beside Him is my place
And one say I'm going to see His face

And forever He will stand with me
Forever He will give me grace
Forever He will be a friend who walks with me
Forever I will praise His name

Oh, what a Savior
He is to me
My love grows deeper
Each time I see
His hand of mercy
Sweep over me
He is my Savior
My friend indeed

I Lift My Praise

I lift my praise
With every breath
And I will always
Do my best
To lift the name
Of Jesus high
For He has given
Me new life

Born as a babe
In manger hay
Left heavens home
To come that day
Shepherds and wise men
Came to praise
Then I will join
And lift His name

He preached to thousands
Words if life
And healed the sick
As they came by
He angered leaders
Stuck in pride
And they cried out
To crucify

The beat Him bad
And spit on Him
Scourged Him near death
And they mocked Him
A crown of thorns
A wooden cross
Nailed hands and feet
Oh, what a cost

I lift my praise
To Jesus Christ
My highest praise
My love, my life
I'll worship Him
For all my days
For He is worthy
Of my praise

He gave His life
Away that day
Our sins to pardon
Our debtn to pay
They laid Him in
A borrowed tomb
He rose again
Now heaven’s home

Oh, Hallelujah to the Lord of Lords
Emmanuel with us, the King of Kings
Jesus my Lord, the crucified
I lift my praise, I give my life
Jesus my Lord, the crucified
I lift my praise, I give my life
