An old, worn steeple. A squeaky door
Some shaky chairs and a wooden floor
An old gray preacher gets up to speak
The few attendees await His speech
He stands behind the old lectern
Knowing it might be His last turn
Then his voice is heard.  It starts out slow
Then the Holy Spirit takes control

We’re gonna have a revival. We’re gonna shake this world
We may be small in number but we can take this word
When Jesus started out, He needed only twelve

You could see the fire in the preacher’s eyes
As His voice filled up our hearts and minds
There was no mistaken that he had changed
Just as he began the anointing came

Jesus calls each person to do his very best
To preach the Gospel to all we’ve met
