It’s time to praise Him
It’s time to lift your voice
To let your heart rejoice
Let’s praise the Lord

It’s time to worship
To lift our hands up high
To open up our eyes
Let’s worship Him

He created all I see
He gave up His life for me
He is clothed in Majesty
He is Lord

He brings healing to us all
He will answer our hearts call
He fills me with wondrous awe
He is Lord

It time to praise Him
He sets my soul on fire
He is my hearts desire
Let’s praise the Lord

It’s time to worship
The Lamb of God is He
Mercy for all to see

He has grace abundantly
He brings joy that blesses me
In His arms He gives me peace

When I’m down He lifts me up
When I’m dry He fill my cup
There’s no end to His great love
He is Lord

There are many things we old onto
Our possessions and friends are the first
Our dreams and desires
The jobs where we’rre hired
All fill the memories we thirst

In my life I’ve found all that matters
Is embracing the one who saved me
I will cling to the cross
Like static on cloth
His mercy electrifies me

When I think of how He loved me
Before I first loved Him
It evokes a sense of gratitude inside
His mercy came and found me
His love has set me free
In Him I know I’ll always abide

When I think of how He saved me
Delivered me from hell
It evokes a thunderous shout of highest praise
Glory Hallelujah
Worthy is the Lamb
I’ll lift my voice to worship His sweet name

He loved for all to see

He gave His life

A sacrifice 

So we could be set free
It’s unbelievable to know

The grace that He does show

He blesses me

With joy and peace

Beyond what this world knows

Valuable Time

It seems that my time is fleeting
The day’s gone before it begins
Then when I look back
It seems that I lack
Anything that would last in the end

I observe how my day proceeded
To see if there’s something I missed
The thought came to mind
I did not carve time
To spend with my Savior and Lord

I bow down and make a commitment
That upcoming days I will change
I’ll start out the day
With prayer and with praise
Then my time will have value again

Swift Storms

I watch as ships go sailing by
Waves undulate below them
The crew members are calm and sure
The water tends to soothe them

Storm clouds gather in the west
They travel swiftly eastward
The undulation of the waves
Begins to toss them forward

The swiftness of the storm was fierce
And waves capsized their ship
As far as they were out to see
The ship was not equipped

My life can mimic this short tale
The storms can come upon me
My faith can undulate with doubt
That God will come and save me

But if my faith is placed in Christ
He will equip me daily
He’ll calm the sea and give me peace
When trouble comes to me

My life was not always so joyful
Peace has just recently come
I could not find rest
Until I was blessed
By knowing that Jesus had won

Before I knew Him I was lonely
Forlorn in my sinful ways
His mercy found me
His grace set me free
Now I’ll have Him all of my days

Do you know that Jesus loves you
That He died on the cross for your sins
Ask Him today
To take yours away
Then peace and joy will reign within

The Narrow Way

I can’t describe the feeling
Of growing close to God
I started at a distance
The way to him seemed broad

But as I traveled further
I found the narrow way
I found myself grow nearer
To Jesus every day

The closer I grew to him
It seemed less like a tunnel
Because the way got tighter
It felt more like a funnel

The light was there to greet me
When I reached His saving grace
Out I came and ready
My friends and foes to face

The journey trough that funnel
Prepared me for this day
So I can share the gospel
And lead folks in his way

In still of night
With words of light
Keeps me upright

Always by my side
Jesus, soon and coming King

When I am down
He makes no sound
But He’s around

He comforts me
In times of grief
When joy seems brief
He gives relief
He comforts me

And when the road is hardest
When all hope seems to go
I know that He will see me through
Because He loves me so
