He took the bread and broke it before his men that night
This is my body which is broken for you
As they ate the bread he told them it would one day bring delight
My  broken body makes all things new

He later took the wine, and passed it out to all

As they drank he told them one day he would touch both great and small
My poured out blood makes all things new

What a wondrous thought that he would give so great a sacrifice
So that we could all enjoy salvations cure
But will I follow in his path, and give myself away
Can I find a way to make my giving pure?

He asks us to be broken, to give ourselves away.  This is my body, a living sacrifice
And he asks that we pour out our souls and let his spirit in.  Will I honor him in all I do?
Here is my will, Lord, broken for you.  Help me to reach others for you
Here is my soul Lord, poured out for you.  Fill me with you Lord, Fill me with you.
