Certain Of His Promise

Constantly abiding, Jesus is my love
Oh the hope of glory He provides
In each waking moment, I will sing His praise
Underneath the shadow of His grace

Overwhelming mercy showed upon the cross
When my Savior bled and died for me
Took upon himself all my guilty sin and shame 
Now I will forever praise His name

Wonderful is Jesus, wonderful to me
How He loves me more than I can know
Certain of His promise given long ago
Just because he chose to love me so

Grace full of abundance flows down from above
Sparing me from evils of this world
All that He has done to redeem me from my sin
Gives me joy and peace down deep within

I will never leave Him, stay close by His side
For He is a refuge for my soul
In His arms He'll carry me up to His throne
Where I will forever have my home.

Wonderful is Jesus, wonderful to me
How He loves me more than I can know

I Believe Jesus

I believe Jesus is King of all Kings
Lord of all Lords, Savior to all.
I believe Jesus has buried my sins
Risen again to bring life to me.

I believe Jesus gives grace undeserved
To me every day of my life 
I believe Jesus has mercy unequal 
That comes in and carries me through

So I will lift my voice in praise to Him
He's worthy of all my praise
When I believe Jesus has done this for me
I can't help but honor His name

I believe Jesus fills my life with joy
His peace overwhelms me each day
And His love never fails even when I am weak
It is then that He makes strong

I believe Jesus will come back for me
Descend in the clouds with victory
Take us to heaven to live with Him there
For all of eternity.

So I will lift my voice in praise to Him
He's worthy of all my praise
When I believe Jesus has done this for me
I can't help but honor His name

The Love Of Your Life

What can you offer the Lord today?
Are you giving your all?
Do you hear His call?
What can you offer the Lord today?
Make Him the love of your life.

You can offer him time every day of the year
Do all the work for His cause
You can do every task that comes your way
And yet it will all be for loss
If you haven't been taking the time for yourself
To grow in your love for the Lord.

You can give all the riches He's blessed you with
To the poor and the needy around
Use your wealth to enhance the church and it's task
And yet you will not abound
If you don't seek the riches if His grace
And constantly call on the Lord

It's not your possessions, or time, or wealth
That our God requires of you
It's to love Him and seek His commandments each day
With all that you say and do 
Love justice, seek mercy, walk humbly with God
Are the highest of His commands
And to seek Him first and His right way
Is the way to walk into His plans

What can you offer the Lord today?
Are you giving your all?
Do you hear His call?
What can you offer the Lord today?
Make Him the love of your life.

Make Him first as you rise in the morning each day
Make Him first as you walk by the way
Make Him first as you lay down your head at night
Make Him first every time of the day.

For nothing should be more important to you
Than your personal walk with our God 
If you get this right then everything else 
Will always turn out for good

He's everything to me
He gives me every breath that I take 

I'm love with Jesus
He's everything to me
He's with me in my sleep or awake

He meets my every need
He provides His blessing in many ways

The highest worship

Jesus Cares

If your trials are to tall
If your faith has seemed to small
Jesus cares

If your hope has lost its way
If your joy has gone astray
If your love does not repay
Jesus cares

He cares for every problem
He cares for every need
And when we think He's far away
He's watching over me
There never is a time
When He's not reaching out to me
If I will only listen I will see

If your spirit has no shout
If your full of fear and doubt
If your sin has found you out
Jesus cares

He's always near. He'll lend an ear 
He hears your prayer. He knows your there
So when the storm. Begins to roar
Let your faith soar. He hears you more

I am the God of heaven
I created everything
From the light that shines forever
To the birds that sweetly sing
Quiet, please be quiet
Let me whisper in your ear
Please be silent and await
These words you need to hear

I love you, I adore you
I want you for my own
I want to come and save you
From a world that's all gone wrong

My desire is to heal you
My delight to give you peace
I'm determined to protect you
From the enemy's deceit
I have great plans for your life
Plans to prosper and provide
But you must be still and listen
If this plan is to arrive

Because I give you choice today
To choose your ways or mine
And the sooner that you listen
The sooner you will find
That my plans are for your good
And you won't be left behind
Quiet, please be quiet
For you might heart does yearn
And I'll love you forever
Won't you love me in return?

Live Like Him

In a world that is lost and is out of control
And a moral decay in the land
When right is called wrong and evil is good
One wonders how this fits God's plan

Those of us who know He does all for good
And that He wants His glory to win
Must realize this chaos the world seems to us
Should make us all live more like Him

When I live like Him, His love will shine forth
When I live like Him blind will see 
When I live like Him others will see His peace
And they too will cry to be free

When I live like Him, my joy should explode
When I live like Him lame will walk
When I live like Him I will tell of His love
And my faith will show up as I talk

Ww sit here and grumble about the demise
Of the trouble our country is in
Yet it's in our power to change it for good
If well just start to live like Him

When I live like Him I will never condemn
When I live like Him I will pray
When I live like Him I will look for the good
In each person who comes 'round my way

And the world will see Jesus in each of our lives
And they'll see how He truly loves them
They will know that God cares, wherever they are
If only we live just like Him.

Take Hold

And wondering why
Just call out to Jesus
And He'll come on by
Are you crying from someone
Who caused you abuse
Just call out to Jesus
And He'll comfort you

He's there when you need Him
Your very best friend
He'll never forsake you
His love never ends
So when your life seems
Like it's out of control
Just call out to Jesus
And He will take hold.

Are you thinking your life
Has no purpose or aim
Just call our to Jesus
He'll show you His plan
Are you sitting in pain
Thinking God doesn't care
Just call out to Jesus
And He'll hear your prayer
.
And when life gets hard
And it seems you can't win
When trials surround you
And days start to spin
Just look up to heaven
And open your eyes 
The God or creation
Is guiding your life.

He's there when you need Him
Your very best friend
He'll never forsake you
His love never ends
So when your life seems
Like it's out of control
Just call out to Jesus
And He will take hold.

Not No More

Once I was the devil's puppet toy
Now I'm not, thanks to God
I was used to plan his evil ploys 
Now I'm not no more

I was quite a hurtful man back then
Now I'm not, thanks to God
Used my words to inflict others pain
Now I'm not no more,

No more underneath his spell
No more using words to kill
No more following his will
No way, not no more.

Ever since I heard He died for me
Yes, my Lord, I am yours
Ever since I found His great mercy
Yes, my Lord, I'm yours
Jesus calls for me to do His will
Yes, my Lord, I am yours
Telling everyone He loves them still 
Yes, my Lord, I'm yours

No more hiding Him down deep inside
No more keeping silent why He died
No more will I be a quiet child
No way, not no more

I will shout His praises everyday
Hallelujahs lifted to His name
I will tell the world about His grace
Yes, my Lord, I'm yours

The Resting Place

I need to find a resting place
Where troubles will all cease
It seems the daily battles rage
And I can’t find His peace

I long to find a resting place
Where healing will be mine
It seems this worn out body
Gets sorer all the time

I hope to find a resting place
Where doubt is cast aside
Where faith is all that rules
My heart and soul and mind

I’m searching for a resting place
Where I can dwell in peace
I need a calm, assuring voice
To end my worried speech

And when the day is over
And my rhyme is almost done
A small voice whispers in my ear
And now I can rejoice

Jesus is the resting place
That I am longing for
In His arms your comfort waits
Come and make Him yours
He’ll heal you and deliver you
And peace will flood your soul
And soon you’ll find a quiet rest
That soothes and makes you whole

Come into the resting place
Where peace is all for you
Jesus is the resting place
He’s there awaiting you.
