Many Blessings

I think about the fact
That Jesus loves me so
And it seems my love for Him 
Just grows and grows and grows

My heart will sing His praises
Every single day
As I count the many blessings
That He has sent my way

He died for me so long ago
To take away my sin
He walks with me from day to day
Gives me peace and joy within

His Holy Spirit comforts me
Whenever I am down
I know that I can trust in Him
To keep me safe and sound

I lift my praise to Jesus
For the blessings in my life
I will worship Him forever
I will lift His name on high

He brought me to my wife
A thousand miles away
He put a love within me
That still is strong today

Three children blessed our marriage
Five grandchildren too
They share their love for us
In everything they do	

He’s blessed me with good work
And friends that bolster me
And helps me be a blessing
To others in their needs

I lift my praise to Jesus
For the blessings in my life
I will worship Him forever
I will lift His name on high

I have many Christian friends
Who will listen when I talk
And the pastors in my life
Have helped me in my walk

But more than anything
I’m blessed with His sweet grace
And His mercy overwhelms me
Oh, I long to see His face

I lift my praise to Jesus
For the blessings in my life
I will worship Him forever
I will lift His name on high

Many Blessings

For My Sin

Brought before the judgment hall
Though He just did good
Persecuted false was He
Condemned for my sin

Beaten within one last breath
Wore a crown of thorns
Spit and kicked upon was He
Bruised for all my sin

Carried His own cross of death
Fell beneath it's weight
Nailed through hands and feet was He
Suffered for my sin

Given vinegar to drink
Sword pierced through His side
Hanging there for me was He
Dying for my sin

High and lifted up was He
High above the ground
Hanging on a cross was He
Taking all my sin

He gave His own life away
To purchase life for me
Placed in borrowed tomb was He
Buried for my sin.

I will lift my voice to Him
And give Him all my praise
For He did all of this for me
I will praise His name

May your dreams be my dreams
May your words be my words
May your faith be my faith
May your patience be my patience

May your compassion be my compassion
May your desire be my desire
May your joy be my joy
May your peace be my peace
May your righteousness be my righteousness
May your faithfulness be my faithfulness
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever

I worship you and your mighty name.

In The Name of Jesus

There is hope in the name of Jesus 
There is life in the name of Jesus. 
There is joy in the name of Jesus. 
There is no other name like His

There is peace in the name of Jesus 
There is love in the name of Jesus 
There is victory in the name of Jesus 
There is no other name like His

There is salvation in the name of Jesus 
There is deliverance in the name of Jesus 
There is healing in the name of Jesus
There is no other name like His

There is power is the name of Jesus. 
There is Authority in the name of Jesus. 
There is revival in the name of Jesus. 
There is no other name like His.

So trust him today with all your heart
And give Him your life today
Because when you don’t know where to turn to next
There's no other name like His

God Has Shown Me

I can't believe the grace that God has shown me
He sees me through the trials and the
 storms 
And when I wander off the path He's chosen
He gently guides me back into His arms

I can't believe the mercy God has shown me
I fall so easily back into sin
And even though I often do this willingly 
He always gives me mercy once again

I can't believe the love that God has shown me
A love so deep it's hard to comprehend 
He gave His Son to die and pay my ransom
When I still cursed Him and abused His name 

I can't believe the joy that fills my sorrow
I can't believe the peace that conquers fear
I can't believe the hope of life eternal
I can't believe faith makes doubt disappear

Even though I can't believe all these things 
Each one by itself is hard to grasp
When I put my trust in Jesus Christ my Savior
All these things are mine because He lives

Just Before the Dawn

Just before the dawn
All is quiet and calm
I sit and think 
About the things
That God has done for me

He has saved me from the depths of sin
Given me new life within
Washed my sins as white as snow
Buried my shame below
Sanctified me, made me whole
Oh what an awesome God I serve

Just before the dawn
Before my clocks alarms
I can't believe
The strength I feel
Knowing God is here

He holds me in His loving arms
Keeps me safe from all concerns
Gives me health when my strength wanes
Never leaves me with my pains
Hears my every thought and prayer
Oh what an awesome God I serve

Just before the dawn
I sit here and I yawn
I know He's here
He hears my prayer
And answers every time
Oh what an awesome God I serve

Worthy of My Praise

This day and every day
You are worthy of my praise

When I open my eyes 
And arise from my sleep
You are worthy of my praise

When I prepare for the day
And take my morning meal
You are worthy of my praise

When I arrive at work
And begin my daily tasks
You are worthy of my praise

When I stop for my lunch
From the bounty you provide
You are worthy of my praise

As i continue through the day
And finish my days work
You are worthy of my praise

As i sit down at home
And rest from a long day
You are worthy of my praise

As I lay my head to rest
And close my eyes in sleep\
You are worthy of my praise
.
It matters not if the sun is shining
It matters now if t's dry or wet
It matters not if I'm healthy or sick
It matters not if I'm rich or poor
It matters not what the day brings to me
It matters not what others my do or say
You are always and forever
Worthy of my praise.

I Wait on You

I am hungry.
Hungry for your Word
Hungry for your Spirit
Hungry for a touch from you
Hungry for the bread of life
Hungry.

So I wait on you Lord
Patiently I wait
Determined I wait
Expecting I wait
I wait on you.

I am thirsty.
Thirsty for that living water
Thirsty for the latter rain
Thirsty for the water turned to wine
Thirsty for your mercy
I am thirsty.

So I wait on you Lord
Patiently I wait
Determined I wait
Expecting I wait
I wait on you.

I know you will hear
I know you will answer
I know your answer will be good
Even if it's not the answer I desire
I know you seek only my good

I love you, Lord.  
I praise you, Lord.
 I honor you, Lord 
I adore you, Lord
I wait on you.
