When I woke up this morning I was hurt
By the things I was thinking at first
People hiding in sin
From the God who loved them
Yet, I saw Him watching

Crossing a street without looking
Like they were the kings of everything
Danger around them left and right
But they did not have a care for life

And see His loving hand was always there

Then I started to speak of His love
How He left His great throne above
How He died on that tree
Just to set us all free
I watched as they called on His name

I saw demons fleeing
I knew they were seeing
The love that God had displayed

Because they opened their eyes
