Twilight slowly turns to dark
Twinkling stars emit a spark
Children slowly leave the park
All is well and good
Silence fills the air this night
As the moon reflects sunlight
Birds are silent, halt their flight
I know this is good
In the quiet I can hear
Gently speaking in my ear
The voice of God is oh so near
Saying all is good
Jesus is so close to me
In this calm and gentle breeze
I can feel Him holding me
Telling me He’s good
In the night my Lord calls out
If you listen, hear Him shout
He wants you to venture out
Witness for my good
I stay with Him all through the night
He talks to me until sunlight
And I rejoice for He is right
All things work for good
So never will I fear or doubt
For He has straightened me right out
He’s right there with me, calling out
It all will come out good
Good
