Some days I get so busy
With all the words He gives
The Holy Spirit speaks to me
To let me know I’m His
When I seem to lag behind
In my chores around the house
i wish I had a doppleganger
Just to help me out
He could do the needed things
To make my living sweet
While I take time to listen close
And hear the Master speak
It’s then I’ll hear Him whisper
These little rhymes of mine
Then I will write them down for you
And keep them for all time

Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to do “double”… But thankful for all that God allows us to accomplish when we give our lives to Him! Wonderful meditation, Pete!
