In Your Own Time

I don’t have to worry
I don’t have to fret
For I know that you
Will get to me yet

Some say pray harder
Some shout demands
But I will be patient
And wait for your hand

In your own time, Lord
In your own time
I know that you will answer
In your own time
So humbly I will ask
For mercy and grace
Then in your own time
You’ll honor my faith

My prayer should be bold
My faith should arise
But you Lord are sovereign
Your answer arrives

In your own time, Lord
In your own time
In your own time
Your answer arrives
So humbly I’ll ask
For mercy and grace
Then in your own time
You’ll honor my faith

Thank you SR. Always nice to hear from you. You missed about 500 poems while you were gone. If you can ever get a chance to go back and read some of them I think you’d find many of them you’d like
